Ukraine prepares for new road development programme

The Ukrainian government is preparing for a new road network improvement programme and promises to provide different kinds of work on 10,000 km of roads between 2018 and 2022. However, it seems to be a drop in an ocean in terms of what the country needs to make visible progress in its road infrastructure, as around 80-90% of the 160,000 km network requires repair.
