The first quarter of 2017 saw the continuation of strong growth in sales of new flats. Almost all top-ranking property developers listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange reported double-figure growth year on year. The top 18 developers which published their sales results for the first quarter of 2017 sold a total of over 6,900 flats, a year-on-year increase of 26%.
